Mount Nemrut rises 2, 134 meters (7,001 feet) high in southeastern Turkey. The summit of the mountain offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Visit this place early in the morning to watch majestic sunrise from the eastern terrace. The area is also filled with parts of statues of King Antiochus I Theos of Commagene, Persian and Greek gods, two lions and two eagles.
