I have received Turkish single entry Tourist visa. Visa validity 90 days. Duration of Stay in Turkey 30 days. My destination is only Trabzon.

1.Will I be able to stay 30 days even if I enter Turkey on 85th day?

2.Or, I have to complete my entire journey within 90 days?

Legally, you are only allowed to stay max. 30 days in 90 days

90 days means your visa is valid for 90 days. If you enter Turkey on the 85th day, than you have 5 days to stay in Turkey.

If you enter on the 85th day and stay longer than 5 days, than you become illegal alien in Turkey.

  • US Government temporarily suspended all visa applications by Turkish citizens at the US diplomatic missions (except those for immigrant status) and later Turkish government reciprocated by temporarily suspending all visa applications (including evisa and visa-on-arrival) for US citizens to visit Turkey. Those visitors who already have their e-visas in hand will not be affected by this situation. Turkish Embassy in Washington said on Oct. 8 that it suspended all non-immigrant visa services at all Turkish diplomatic facilities in the U.S. in retaliation for the latest decision by the U.S. Embassy in Ankara to suspend all non-migrant visa services at its diplomatic facilities in the country. "Recent events have forced Turkish Government to reassess the commitment of the Government of the United States to the security of Turkish Mission facilities and personnel. In order to minimize the number of visitors to our Embassy and Consulates while this assessment proceeds, effective immediately we have suspended all non-immigrant visa service at all Turkish diplomatic facilities in the US," a statement by the Embassy read. • British travellers, with a passport from the United Kingdom, should get an electronic visa (eVisa) for travel to Turkey. The eVisa lets you enter and leave Turkey unlimited number of times. You can stay in Turkey for up to 90 days on each visit. The visa is valid for 180 days from the day it is granted. The eVisa is the easiest visa you can get, and we highly recommend getting it a couple of weeks in advance of your trip. What do you need to apply for a Turkish eVisa? To apply for a Turkish eVisa, you will need a valid passport for the United Kingdom and a valid credit card, debit card or PayPal account. Your passport must be valid for at least 5 months from your intended date of entry into Turkey. Note, that the validity is for your date of arrival in Turkey, and not the time of application for the visa. How do I begin my online application for a Turkey Visa? Here is the official website of Republic Turkey to apply your Turkish Visa by your own. People with dual nationality should choose the nationality according to the passport to be used for the travel. If the country of travel document registered on the e-visa is different than the passport carried; the e-Visa will be invalid. How long does my eVisa last for? Your e-visa to Turkey is valid for a period of 180 days. Your e-visa lets you stay in Turkey for a maximum of 90 days. This means that within the 180 day period starting from the date of visa issue, you can use your eVisa as often as you like – it is valid for “multiple entries” – and you can spend 90 days on each visit to Turkey.
